Hi, My problem was first noticed while tying to reinstall Mcafee VS online,
however I think that was only 1 symptom of a bigger problem.

On on all user account except mine the Windows Explorer search dialog is
blank. I can't install the windows scripting engine. I get the message

"Error registering OCX C:\Windows\System32\jscript.dll"

I can't seperately regsvr32 jscript.dll or vbscript.dll. Windows Media
player tells me "An internal application error has occured".

I've run Adaware, Spyware Doctor, the free Mcafee virus scan and all
appears clean to me. Please help.

Sincerely,
Fred
